General

1. All commissions are created and delivered digitally.

2. I only accept payment through PayPal in USD. If you are using a different currency, it must be converted to USD first before sending.

3. For me to begin working on a commission, I require a 50% deposit. Once I am ready to begin work on your commission, I will send you an invoice for the deposit and will begin work on your commission once the deposit is paid in full. If you are not able to pay the deposit invoice within 10 days of receiving it, I will cancel the commission.

Client Rights

1. To request revisions under the following conditions:

1. A rough sketch of your commission will be sent to you for your approval before I finish the commission. You may request any changes or edits you would like to the sketch at no extra charge, so long as they adhere to your original description for your commission.

2. From there, I will complete your commission. Once you have received your completed commission, you will be able to request the following changes at no additional charge:

1. Minor line art changes

2. Color changes (so long as they adhere to your original commission description)

3. Any changes needed to match your original commission description should the final image differ from them

3. If you require any further changes to your commission, I will provide a price and completion time for the edits based on my estimate for how long the edits will take. I will send you an invoice for the edits, and once it is paid, I will complete the edits to your commission.

2. To receive your commission in a timely manner:

1. My turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks (10 business days) for most commissions, excluding any extra time needed to receive your approval or edit requests at the rough sketch stage of the commission. I will give you a completion estimate once I begin work on your commission. For commissions that require more time (i.e. commissions with backgrounds, extra details, etc.), I will adjust the completion estimate time and notify you accordingly.

2. If the time to complete the commission will exceed the completion estimate given, you will be notified and an updated completion estimate will be provided.

3. To a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

1. I will provide a full refund if I have not begun work on your commission and you would like to cancel.

2. If the completion of the commission is delayed by more than 10 business days (excluding time needed for edits) and you would like to cancel the commission, I will provide the work I have completed of your commission at the time of cancellation, and the final 50% payment will not be charged. If for any reason the commission is less than 50% complete by the time of cancellation, I will refund a percentage of the deposit that corresponds with how much is completed of the commission.

4. To a high-resolution and high quality final image

1. Once the final 50% payment is completed, I will send you .jpg and .png files of your commissioned image in their full resolution.

2. I guarantee that the completed commission is accurate to your commission description and the quality of the work matches or exceeds work examples provided. If you feel that either of these criteria are unfulfilled, let me know and I will do whatever I can to make sure you are fully satisfied with your piece.

Artist Rights

1. To the finished artwork:

1. By commissioning this art, you agree to not take credit for the creation of the artwork.

2. This artwork is not allowed to be utilized for NFTs, or to be used with AI tools in any fashion (i.e. rendering from sketches/linework, training datasets, etc.).

3. Unless commercial rights are purchased for an additional fee, your commission may not be used for commercial purposes (i.e. promotional art, advertising, book covers, etc.).

2. To post to social media:

1. I retain the right to publish your commissioned image to social media or my portfolio unless you specifically request for the image to not be posted.

3. To take legal action:

1. If the final 50% payment isn’t completed within two weeks of receiving the completed commission unless payment arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.

Commercial Licensing Fees

One to Four Artworks:

Royalties: 8% Net Revenue

One-Time Payment: 50% commission price

Five or More Artworks:

Royalties: 6% Net Revenue

One-Time Payment: 40% commission price
